Taekwondo for Keeping Strong

Taekwondo is a post WWII Korean discipline, which like Tai-Chi and Qui-Gong, has a martial arts background. Its Tenets include Courtesy, Integrity, Perserverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit. Like any disciplined activity taken up by the less-young, its benefits include both mental health and physical improvement.
